Cuero's Christmas in Downtown

Cuero’s Christmas in Downtown took place Friday, Dec. 13 and Saturday, Dec. 14. Friends and family gathered along Main Street to shop, eat, and be merry, while youngsters told Santa Claus if they had been Naughty or Nice, and what they would like for the Christmas holiday. Cuero Main Street created a Winter Wonderland with an ice skating rink, horse carriage rides, carnival games, a magical carousel, and even a petting zoo with animals wearing festive holiday sweaters. Audiences watched dance and song performances alike, and even listened to Christmas carolers dressed to the part. Cuero Main Street reports that approximately 5,000 folks visited Christmas in Downtown to enjoy food, shopping, and get into the holiday spirit.
